An unusual #GIPath finding from a GEJ biopsy - ciliated cell heterotopia (/metaplasia?). Per Elizabeth Montgomery, MD/Lysandra Voltaggio, MD’s ‘Biopsy interpretation of the GI mucosa’ - likely incidental. Good enough for me!

Anyone else seen this before? Any other thoughts?
