Visited Budhagaon , a village near Sangli (Maharashtra) to see mini jungle created by villagers under leadership of Prashant Mulik,a youth who is passionate about social cause. I had Interacted on issues of enviornment, climate change, plastic menace and development issues.

Today the EU Amb. to India, Mr Herve Delphin & Second Secretary, Mr Lorenzo Parrulli called on the NHRC, India Chairperson, Justice Sh Arun Mishra, Members, Dr D.M. Mulay & Smt Vijaya Bharathi Sayani today. Prior to this, they also had a courtesy call with the SG, Sh Bharat Lal.

Enjoyed playing the drum with no one except silence and trees as audience . Heritage Village Kisami (Venue of Hornbill Festival in Nagaland.

A frank exchange of views on Protection of Human Rights with the Danish Delegation led by HE Soren Gade , Speaker of the Danish Parliament. The visiting delegation appreciated NHRC’s monumental contribution to HR Protection in India.
