Maj Gen Gagan Deep, ADG NCC DTE NER, visited Cotton University, Guwahati on 25 April 24. He met the Vice Chancellor, Prof Ramesh Chandra Deka and discussed future expansion plan of NCC in institution. He also met the newly appointed CTO.

It's the penultimate day for the National Cadet Corps (NCC) cadets here in Walong Camp, and the energy is electrifying. Cadets were engaged in rigorous physical training sessions, honing their stamina and discipline.

Earth Day 22 Apr 2024 430 Cdts and 12 ANOs of Kohima Gp ethtusiastically commemorated the day by organising runs, rallies, awareness campaigns and painting competitions to spread the message Conserve to Preserve amongst fellow students and general public of Dimapur & Kohima.

The Walong War Memorial holds immense significance, honoring the brave soldiers who sacrificed their lives for our nation. Our NCC Cadets, with their selfless spirit, worked tirelessly to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of this revered memorial.

On the Occasion of World Earth Day-2024, Lt Rama K Rao, ANO & 60 Cdts of 3 Assam Bn at NIT Silchar, carried out an awareness campaign & also planted 50 saplings in their campus.

The firing range of 4 Assam Police Battalion in Kahilipara, Guwahati, is currently abuzz with activity as the Inter-Battalion Sports Shooting Championship for selected Cadets from seven states of Northeast India is in full swing.
