The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to hear a case that deals with the legality of medication abortion drug Mifepristone. Note, all SCOTUS has done is AGREED to hear the case. As of right now, Mifepristone remains legal and FDA-approved, as it has for more than 20 years.
