Here is what I know, those D3 coaches are now with bigger thriving programs at the D2 and D1 level. Go argue with yourself if you think otherwise! Had you built relationships and not snubbed them at D3, many of you would be in better situations currently!

If for nothing else, to obtain solid data and dispell all the bs and speculation of who at fault and why! Maybe no1 is at fault in particular instances but slim chance of that!

Pay attention to see how many freshmen come in that recruiting class and see how many are in the portal after a year….

** you don’t know all the answers but this should open up development plan/questions with the school that’s recruiting you…

I keep a coaching mindset on college visits, even tho I'm there as dad. I just dissect internally. The atmosphere, energy, staff and players. Kids arriving late, headphones, hoodies on, crocs etc. First impressions may not give a chance for a second one!
