An attractive 3 coloured anti-crack silicone based external render was installed with external wall insulation to the concrete frame. This is a modern type of wall construction that keeps the structure constantly warm and dry.

We installed a new staircase which connects the ground floor bar area. We were able to increase the main bar area and improve the quality of the space by introducing and connecting the basement area.
