It is absolutely heartbreaking to think of the Palestinians who did not live to see this day, to have their existence defended in the highest court and an account of all the wrongs done to them and their families. May the spirit of every martyr be met with eternal grace.

It’s very moving to watch, to hear our just case put before the world. Yet I have endless sadness for why it has taken so long and for all those whose lives have been stolen by barbaric genocidal Zionism and its criminal accomplices. This nightmare has to end.

Listening to South Africa's case stirs emotions of anger and profound grief. My own colleagues have alibied this genocide and attempted to arrest and demonize any discussion of Palestine. The USA denies its genocide against my people, and it denies genocide against Palestinians.

South Africa's case is ironclad: Israel has been openly committing genocide and has been proudly broadcasting its intent to do so across all sectors of its society, military, and government. The question of why is not answered: elimination to take the land (settler colonialism).
