This is Emilia the first female player to represent our 1st team in the clubs 160 year history and one of the female players we are highlighting this Women’s History Month.

On Saturday and Sunday lots of volunteers from the club turned out to help set up for the coming season #getsetweekend #thecricketcollective

Yesterday our women’s team played against Rainford CC Rainford Ladies. It was a fun and friendly atmosphere all involved had a great time. Everybody playing benefited from the game and 13 year old Lucy made her debut for Newton Ladies batting and bowling really well.
