Anyone considering having their pet scan on some mobile unit in rural America should think twice. Just a random thought I had today. Possibly because I have experience trading them or possibly not.

The post dislocation, reverse B fairy is seriously in effect. This is the fifth similar case I've seen in the past five days. Weird how certain pathology seems to run in cycles, batches.

You work all your life towards retirement. Then, two weeks after your retirement party, you get worked up for hematuria, bladder carcinoma and then go for your staging PET and then not too long after, goodbyes to the world. See it every day.😞

I'll have to admit, I usually get a good chuckle when I see radiologists dictating terms like 'goat beard osteophyte' in formal dictations. I wonder what patients are thinking when they read this initially😂(I would never)

Pretend you only get one view to make the diagnosis here which should and would never happen in my department

There's no doubt in my mind that the percentage of CTA head and neck cases where I see at least a subsegmental pulmonary embolism in the upper lobes is greater as compared to a CT chest to rule out embolism in the emergency department.
