Honestly, “heartbroken” sounds like far too casual of a word to describe the absolute soul crushing agony I’ve been experiencing the last couple months but okay

Sometimes I remember that because I did marching band I now have grooves worn in both of my heel bones, (protective) arthritis in one ankle, two ankle surgeries and exacerbated heart problems and then I wonder why college level band members aren’t considered student athletes yet

I registered for my last classes of my master’s degree this morning and it was so anticlimactic that I didn’t even realize it until hours later

A lack of communication will destroy any relationship because it breeds assumptions of what the other person is thinking or feeling and assumptions are more often than not, incorrect. so put your ego aside and communicate before you lose that special person in your life forever
