We found 3 baby opossum clinging to their dead mommy in our yard today. Animal services refused to help,told us to let them die. We found a wild animal rescue willing to take them an hour away. Sadly one didn't make it. But the other 2 are very spunky!

I got up at 5am, ran 4 miles, came back, made a vegetable smoothie for breakfast, did 2 loads of laundry, mopped and vacuumed floors, and that’s all I remember about my dream. 🤷🏼‍♀️😉😁

I used to wake up and hate life. I really didn't see the point or goodness around me. Id go straight for the bottle.

Now that I've dropped the bottle, life is worth living. I wake up excited. I have dreams for the future. I'm happy again. New lease on life!💕☺️🏄‍♀️

This time last year, in a four week period, I watched eight families lose their children.

I remember getting home from work one day, sitting on my couch and thinking “I could end it all right now”. I had never had to witness a child die and within one month I watched more

It's my Sir Godfrey Hounsfield CT scan today. I don't do 'scanxiety' - the outcome is out of my control & there will be over a month's wait for the results anyway, so it's wasted energy. I'm focusing on what I can control, starting with a bowl on my head and making it into a hat!

His Spitfire damaged in combat by Me109s, he tried to reach the coast but was forced to bale out.
He was picked up wounded, badly burned, but he died before reaching land.

Lost his life this day 20th.April 1941.

His Spitfire was shot down off Clacton by an Me109. and he was killed.

Do better Canadian Blood Services. I came to donate, they insisted I remove my mask for a temperature check, I refused to remove my mask, they would not accommodate with an alternative. It is ridiculous that masks cannot be accommodated for donation!!!

On a patrol over the Channel, sighting aircraft, they turned towards them. In doing so, Norman collided with 2 other Hurricanes and was killed.

She wouldn’t come easily at first and it took about 30 mins of sitting with her with food to show we were friendly.

Education is key here. 7-8 kids watched the whole thing from start to finish and loved it. I truly believe that has to register at some level

We spend so much time and effort on big things like sterilising 2000 dogs a month and fixing broken legs and serious injuries. It can all feel like a lot sometimes.

That’s why I love just doing ones like this as often as possible where you see an instant result

Seeing her at the end brought a happy tear to my eye today. 🥰🙏
