Made it to the gym for the first time in years and the constant feeling of insecurity was a nice touch.

Today marks 4 years since my dad lost his battle with mental illness. I plead for others to give grace to the individuals around you. We are left in the dark, in a world that is unkind. The tragic event of his passing will forever leave a hollow mark somewhere deep inside.

Almost certain my family would hunt me for sport.

This is Noodle. He has been a constant source of joy for millions, by sharing his prediction for the day in the form of “bones, or no bones?” Yesterday, Noodle passed away peacefully at the age of 14. He was so loved by so many. It will now and forever be… a bones day. 15/10
