Earlier today, just before the violence ensued, we held a silent vigil for all the teachers and students killed in Palestinian, for all the universities and schools destroyed. 🇵🇸

As someone who was on campus this morning, the campus was very peaceful BEFORE UT released the police.

Maybe if university administrators stopped cutting the humanities and social sciences and read a fucking book, they would understand the dialectic between repression and resistance better and know that they’re sowing the seeds of their own demise with these shows of brute force.
