Medical education is full of theories and studies, but nothing beats the 🪄 magic of making tough topics simple!
🔑 Simplification is everything!
This thought came after listening to Rabih Geha 6-min video about fragility fracture. Six minutes, meaningful!
🤔Osteomalacia x osteoporosis
I've just heard a simple and beautiful approach by Rabih Geha!
Osteoporosis: decreased bone mass, asymptomatic until a fracture occurs.
Osteomalacia: decreased bone mineralization, symptomatic; ⬆️ alkaline phosphatase.

This person changed my life. He is the core stimulus behind The Clinical Problem Solvers.
My mentor. ❤️
We have created the best modern resource for teaching diagnosis - one of the most important procedures in medicine (that is, thinking effectively)

Rabih Geha it is the first time in my life I have been part of something that gets better…
Friday’s The Clinical Problem Solvers VMR: I was voraciously writing . Ufuk Vardar presents masterfully @DxRxEdu and Rabih Geha are genius educators, who use each piece of “Data to dictate the next steps in patientcare(@DxRxEdu)” this case makes me a better future nurse and person for listening!
Yesterday's The Clinical Problem Solvers case discussion was so full of surprises, packed with tons of great lessons🫀. It was just awesome! Big thanks to Rabih Geha, Reza, Ufuk Vardar for all the great teaching points🙏.

I cannot recommend RLR enough 🔥
You can clearly see the heart and effort poured into this project by Rabih Geha and Reza.
Wether you are in training or already practicing, you will find something tailored to your needs within RLR. #MedTwitter
Excited for #HospitalMed rds today!
It's 'intern shared day off' which means supe gets to simulate a day of being a hospitalist & I get 1:1 time w/ med studs.
After we work in parallel, best part of the day is a debrief w/ supe on what went well, what they'd do diff.

#UncleBob - a clinical reasoning thought - the goal of a case discussion varies. Sometimes its about the diagnosis, other times about what tests are need to make a diagnosis. Sometimes its about what is the best rx. The Clinical Problem Solvers Rabih Geha Reza Jake Scott, MD UAB IM Residency
I love AM report.
At UCLA we not only share our favorite morning report cases every other week but we highlight the folks who present and teach.
The community is as important as the medicine.
This one is my favorite of the year so far.

A special case from an outstanding doctor and human being Nidhi Patel - will remember this one for a lifetime.
