ChatGPT is getting scary good… 😬

This quote from Ted Chiang’s recent New Yorker Article on AI and labor reminded me a lot of the horrifying AI fishing slave ships in Ray Nayler’s The Mountain In the Sea. Both the article and the book seem to make a similar argument about the true risk of AI.
