Bricks don’t just make for a prettier street; they make for a slower street.

By increasing noise and vibration inside a motor vehicle, the driver is tricked into thinking they’re speeding and voluntarily slows down.

City of 🇫🇮: 950 km of bicycle paths, 350 km of nordic skiing tracks, 400 km of single track MTB/hiking trails (by 2030) and ~100 outdoor skating areas to be used year-round. For free. A pretty active city, one might say. Come to experience it yourself! 👇

It's a massive shame that riding a bicycle, a sustainable and healthy way of getting from A to B, is divisive, politicised. And that wanting to get around without dying and enable others to get around safely basically forces you to become an 'activist'.
