Today in pulp I look back at the 1930s magazine that was a trailblazer for modern photo-led journalism: VU.

By increasing noise and vibration inside a motor vehicle, the driver is tricked into thinking they’re speeding and voluntarily slows down.

It's a massive shame that riding a bicycle, a sustainable and healthy way of getting from A to B, is divisive, politicised. And that wanting to get around without dying and enable others to get around safely basically forces you to become an 'activist'.
