Congratulations to our bursary recipient Grace West. Grace is currently at the European championships taking place in Portugal competing for Great Britian.

Yesterday the GB junior tumbling ladies team received the gold medal with Grace being part of the team. 🩷🩵🥇🇬🇧

Well that’s a wrap I feel blessed to have been empowered by Arts Council England & Official South Tyneside Council to lead The Customs House for 25 years. Thank you everyone for your huge kindness & support and to the legions of brilliant people I’ve been lucky enough to work with!

I’ve been lucky enough to hear Kim McGuinness speak at a couple of events and was very impressed, her passion for the region was palpable. A clear vision & strong voice. I’ll be voting for Kim 2 May.
