EU Rejoin is already the elephant in the room. If it hits 2/3 ie 67% it will become impossible for mainstream political parties to ignore such a finding. It's seems an inexorable process now. A Lab gov will be more open to responding than a Tory one in spite of Brexiteer rhetoric

If there is one positive thing Brexit has achieved, it has been to have a salutary effect on rightwing continental politicians’ opposition to the EU.

Even Europe’s far-right firebrands seem to sense Brexit is a disaster

🔴 Polls show a majority of voters now regret Brexit.

🔴 And Labour has promised to create economic growth.

So of course for Labour it makes perfect sense to try pivot to Theresa May’s Chequers Deal!

Ditching the bad trade deals would help and getting rid…

Cameron's disappointing Washington DC visit just proves the misplaced confidence Brexiteers had in the primacy of the special UK-USA relations to replace relations with much closer EU & was either a lie or a total misunderstanding of the frequent indifference felt across the pond

Sir John Curtice, “Labour’s presumption that they couldn’t get into an election winning position vis-à-vis Brexit has been demonstrated to be false.”

Prof Sir John Curtice explains why the Brexit voters that The Labour Party has “re-captured” since 2019…

…are not actually Brexit supporters anymore.

Labour’s voting base all over the country is now more pro-EU, whether Keir Starmer likes it or not.
