In a stellar PR move I've had an email from University Hospitals Birmingham claiming that I've been overpaid for bank shifts when I worked as a registrar because my breaks were paid.

30 mins on hold so far trying to book a patient-initiated follow-up (PIFU) appt at the hospital. I have been '#1 in the queue' for the last 10 mins! Don't even know if I'm ringing the right number after all of this as my consultant didn't explain to me how #PIFU works.

We protest in the strongest terms your abrupt decision to cut the mental health support that NHS Practitioner Health provides to staff. 1/3

It seems we now have to be clairvoyant in order to access the NHS. Received a letter from NHS central booking reminding us to book an appt. No mention of what this appt is for, who did the referral, or the pass code needed to book online. Shockingly bad admin.
