“If I am ever asked... to produce my ID card as evidence that I am who I say I am… then I will take that card out of my wallet and physically eat it in the presence of whatever emanation of the state has demanded that I produce it” - Boris Johnson in 2004

Baffled by whoever decided to put Greens on the ballot in London as 'The Green Party' so they appear near the bottom alphabetically.

Misinformation aside, it’s deeply patronising to tell disabled people - who’ve developed careers against all odds - that they should probs think about getting a job. If the Tories and the Labour Party struggle to remember our jobs exist, I’m more than happy to have my tax back.

As someone who receives PIP and has a job as a journalist, I would very much like to know why the Labour Party is going round the media perpetuating the myth PIP is an out of work benefit. Does Reeves know it’s not? Or does she not actually care?

Bearing in mind that the most “rigorous” thing Rishi has ever endured is occasionally having to drink non-imported Coca Cola I’m not sure he’s ideally placed to cast judgment on how rigorous the tests for PIP are.
(They’re fucking rigorous)

Transportation operators, once again, please do not block the windows of vehicles with exterior wraps. This highly diminishes the passenger experience. Being able to clearly look out of the window is one of the best things about riding transit.
