NEW: Can confirm reports that the Senate Judiciary Committee served Leonard Leo a subpoena Thursday re: the committee’s ongoing Supreme Court ethics inquiry. Comes months after Republicans stormed out of a committee mtg where Dems voted to authorize the action.
