I may be here sporadically as a distraction from my own mind but just need time...it's too much hitting back-to-back, loss of Popeye being the hardest hit. I'm not kidding when I ask what's left to fight with as my shields have truly taken one too many hits and are collapsing...

It's another less than stellar 2020 day...lost Mr. Popeye aka Rusty, thought he was napping but... 2020's taken its toll.

Well, good night and pleasant dreams, everyone. No ice or anything in the forecast for tomorrow (for Sunday, snow and ice), but they were doing the 'deicing prep' of the roads earlier tonight, so maybe something on its way in for tomorrow's morning commute.

Good morning all, without heat at the moment, something got to the duct work and it will hopefully be fixed today, but 50F in the house right now. Feline family huddled together on their blanket. Hope everyone has a good Wednesday.

Been dozing all night, but it has been a happy reunion today with the wayward feline family member...hope everyone had a good Tuesday and has a good night's sleep and pleasant dreams.

My feline family member has finally returned, and he is clue to me and the others in this house. I am so happy for many reasons, one being some of the coldest weather in a long time is coming up this week, starting tonight.

Still no sign of the wayward feline family...will keep checking today.

The ads during any sports game are ludicrous these days...it's barely the second half and already 2 hours in... that is nuts...it's a close game so they'll keep viewers, but at the same time 2 hours to barely be in the third quarter is nuts.

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but the filibuster is not in the Constitution and no constitutional amendment is required to get rid of it.
