Man muss es sagen: es ist schlicht unmöglich in 4 Jahren. Es wird nicht gehen & damit wird es nur über das Ausland gehen (Abwanderung, mind. zeitweise). 🇩🇪 wird zum reinen „Senior“-Markt werden, für Leute die mid-career zurückkehren. Sollte die Regierung wenigstens ehrlich sagen.

Wo wir schon über Zeit sprechen: Hat mal jemand den an der Verschärfung des #WissZeitVG beteiligten Personen gesagt, dass Berufungsverfahren in Deutschland im Schnitt über 1 Jahr dauern? Das geht sich vorne und hinten alles nicht aus. Dilettantisch. Reject & resubmit never again.

Ich sage das immer wieder: Für so manche meiner Publikationen hat es vom Tag der ersten Arbeit bis zur Publikation 5, 6 Jahre lang gedauert.

Wissenschaft dauert einfach. Wir brauchen mehr TT-Stellen, schnellere Prozesse, frühere TT Berufungen in der Karriere.
