I will say though, it’s great to see Taylor Pendrith get a win. You can tell a lot about his character from his interview with Amanda where he talks about how well Ben had played. Humble in victory. Good dude.

Gotta feel for Ben Kohles there. Brilliant birdies on 16 and 17 to take the outright lead heading down the last. Then a flubbed chip and missed 5-footer to lose by one. Brutal.

Fun fact about Taylor Pendrith: has a lot of musical blood in the family. Used to play guitar in a band himself (way back), his dad is a guitar tech, and his uncle Dennis is a legendary session musician on the Canadian circuit. Classic bass face here.
