It’s a bit late for April Fools… no?

NSAID medications taken before marathon running can cause serious harm.

In my opinion no marathon should be partnered with NSAIDS of any type, even gels. The fact that @LondonMarathonis sponsored by voltarol, I believe, is a risk to runner welfare.

Although the gels are safer

She’s 81 in a few weeks, back on duty as a volunteer for St John Ambulance England at Aintree Racecourse for another #GrandNational2024 meeting. Everything she does makes me so proud , well done mum. Keep being you. Helping others!

I was at an under performing state school till 16. I switched to private school. My biology teacher told me I had no hope of getting into medicine. She said best case I’d get a D (of course I was constantly slated for not being able to apply myself or work hard enough). I gave up
