In March 2023 Tim Kendal of NHS England had to write to NHS trusts to tell them not to describe patients as manipulative & attention seeking

It's things like this that have inspired the letter below calling for children not to be diagnosed with personality disorder

Overwhelming evidence here & from Wigan that community investment works. What stops us resourcing community & prevention? Power & 💰 lies with “providers” but we know this model is fundamentally flawed. Courageous ICS leadership needed to shift power to people from organisations
