If right leaning media told you the TX suit would overturn the election, while the “biased liberal media” had ppl saying “I often disagree w/ the Justices, but I know their legal views and this is going nowhere” - only one is in reality.

For anyone wondering about Justices Alito and Thomas, they’ve been consistent about this technical objection across cases—that #SCOTUS has to at least grant leave to file in state-state disputes.

The *much* bigger story is their emphasis that they’d grant “no other relief.”
