On Tuesday we were joined by local MP Jack Brereton at Longton URC for our seated exercise class.
As always, lots of fun & lots of laughter - a huge thanks to everyone involved in the session!

Yesterday we took a group of #PLKicks participants to Sheffield Wednesday FC Community Programme to take part in the final instalment of Fixture Within a Fixture (their first ever away game!) 🎉

On Tuesday night we were invited to attend Staffordshire FA Women's Challenge Cup Final at Stafford Town. ⚽
It was great to see our FEA graduate Manuela shining bright on the pitch. She studied Sports Coaching and Development at Stoke on Trent College achieving triple Merit 👌

Jason is the last of our fighters and he currently plays for the Stoke City Ability Counts senior team. He wants to give something back to the Trust after all of the support we've provided him with 🤗

⭐Tournament Time at Project Indi⭐

We LOVE our weekly sessions at Project Indi - and on Friday we took multi-sports to a new level!
Mini fitness class, Boxing, Dancing and ended our session with a football tournament⚽
The energy this group brings is just the best 💪

Last week we had the amazing opportunity to support an Iftar with Amity Hub.
Ramadan is a time of reflection & community for Muslims and a month when believers devote themselves to prayer and fasting.
