Changes to the #WorkCapabilityAssessment are a central pillar to the Government's plan to cut benefits for hundreds of thousands of disabled people.
Not only is this harsh, the consultation on tightening the WCA was rushed - and may actually be unlawful.

A significant win for campaigners including Every Child Protected Against Trafficking 🧡, as High Court rules Home Office are acting unlawfully in housing unaccompanied child asylum seekers in hotels. The Government must ensure this practice ends and is not entrenched through the Illegal Migration Act.
