Found some tree swallows. Don't feel like I know how to get the exposure right in these reflective beauties. Even harder to try and photograph in flight.

Yellow-rumped Warblers like this handsome male have arrived in central Minnesota. They are usually the first warbler species to migrate northward. Yellowrumps are primarily insect eaters but on cold spring days when bugs are at a premium, they will feed on suet.

Went and used my new lens for the first time. I had been using a 70-300 with broken af for a little over a year. Having af again vs manually focusing is such a game changer! Not to mention how nice getting out to 600mm is!
