Feeling happily exhausted after the Business Disability Forum awards last night. So tired that this morning I told my radio 'Alexa stop' and was confused when it didn't. Congratulations to all the winners and nominees. You are doing fantastic work. #DisabilitySmartAwards2024

Jane recently had a minor procedure. I went to help her whilst she recovered. She has been an absolute trooper and is doing well. As a loving brother, I still felt it necessary to do the comedy bunny fingers above her head. (Jane said this was ok to post 🤣⭐️).
