Great to see commitment from Project Lead Steve and his team on the #MMLM24 project.

It has been an excellent examplar of cross-sectoral partnership working between Health & Social Care NI (Trusts & Public Health Agency), industry, academia (Ulster Uni) & C&V sector (Age NI).

Very encouraging evaluation results presentation from Mark on QoL and Falls Efficacy scores across both #MMLM24 Tier 2 (6-wk online/F2F holistic info and awareness programme) and Tier 3 (digital smartwatch intervention risk reduction programme).

Great to be at the dissemination workshop for the Innovate UK Move More Live More falls prevention project. Siobhan Casey emphasised the importance of early intervention #MMLM24

The uniqueness of Innovate UK #HealthyAgeing Challenge endorsed a design-led approach which #MMLM24 benefitted immensely from.

It enabled the team to build the participants' input & insights from early pilots into our subsequent Tiered risk stratification approach.
