. St John Ambulance England saved my life yesterday.

I collapsed unconscious just over a mile from the TCS London Marathon finish line with a temp of 42.

The medics were just incredible. Absolute heroes who I can’t thank enough 🙏🏻❤️

The first weekend of April was certainly a busy one, with the London Landmarks Half Marathon, Brighton Marathon and fundraising events for the upcoming London Marathon in just under two weeks time.

NHS Cadets become peer educators in their local community 👏
