🪚Y3 have been busy building carts as part of their Woodwork topic! They accurately measured and cut wood and doweling with a saw. They drilled holes into the wood to create their wheel axis and hot glue gun everything into place. They showed so much skill with their woodwork! 🪚

🤩🤩🌟🌟 What a lovely mention of the St.Martin’s children and staff by an audience member who was at the Weston Dance Festival! We are so proud!!🌟🌟🤩🤩

🧐🤩Mrs Emery couldn’t quite believe how well Year 3 Sea Otters worked in a team to research facts about Celtic life this afternoon. Not only were they able to use various fact resources to help them, but the way they supported each other to record their findings was amazing!🧐🤩

⚡️⚡️Year 3 have started their new Science topic on electricity! Today, Sea Otter class made a circuit to light a light bulb. They then experimented with different materials to see if they were conductors or insulators! They loved it! ⚡️⚡️

🤩Pelican class have started their new History topic - how has Worle changed over time? They have loved looking at maps and aerial photographs to look at the changes over time - but also have suggested lots of lines of enquiry to investigate.🤩
