Last night I was honoured to join the JARTS leadership team to dine out their OC, Sqn Ldr Dom Marshall. Dom leaves the Service after an incredible 38yrs, including 17yrs with the REME . He has epitomised the core values of the Royal Air Force throughout his career.

Whilst yesterday was amazing to see collective trg in action, the day was pretty special to me for one reason. A female Chinook pilot, dropped off @AOC2Group, who was met by me, and the landing was approved by a female aerodrome operator! Just epic 🙌🏻
