I had a cold shower in the week! It was freezing but fuck did I feel alive. Wim Hof would be proud!

It’s a start…Garmin 5k plan. Felt a lot better than when I started last time! Benchmark run just to give it a go.

I’ve just arrived in Livingston, coming through the mountains and hills was breathtaking. However the people here can’t understand my Somerset twang and I can’t understand the people. I’m sure it will get better! 😀😀
