a) the predominance of 'youtuber voice' now, i.e. people overclarifying to their audience in an attempt to mitigate angry responses
b) how much online media in general is driven by misreadings and mischaracterizations of other people

I've come around to the main argument here (the PMC is not a class), but it weirdly critiques a left that sees the PMC as a 'pivotal agents of transformation'. It doesn't seem to acknowledge the main critique from the left: the PMC is a barrier to mass working class politics.

I wish we lived in a world where Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez challenging AIPAC and the rest of the lobby, calling for a ceasefire in Gaza, and showing up at a protest encampment was politically opportunistic.

This kind of discourse, in this case and more generally, is the enemy of solidarity.
