This is a statement from two of the people who wrote Florida's new education standards on slavery. In it they give several names of people to exemplify slaves who learned skills they applied later in life.

Let's go through the supposed truth of this list one by one.

For the 1st time in an already-record-smashing year, the average sea surface temperature in the North Atlantic has exceeded +4 standard deviations (relative to 1991-2020). The actual anomaly is +1.34°C (2.4°F), a HUGE number averaged over 38 million km² (15 million mi²) of ocean.

NEW: 85 people in Arizona suffered severe burns from contact with pavements heated up to 180F (82C). 7 of them died. In total, 257 people had underlying cause of death listed as 'exposure to excessive natural heat'.

This is not a forecast for 50 years time, it’s happening today.
