1. The image on the left is how distribution used to work. You buy from your factory, use the sea shipping carrier of your choice, send goods to your own WH or 3PL. You can then distribute those goods as you please to multiple revenue streams....

3 x 3PL Tips For Ecom Owners:

1. Seperate your storage costs on your P & L from last mile.

2. Create an audit system through excel to check all costs each month to what was shipped.

3. Measure ‘despatched on time’ and delivered on time’ as a metric for each region.

When I started printing $$ with dropshipping I was scrappy. When I scaled, fuck a 3PL. We had a storage unit with inventory.

Worked w/ my brother. We still lived w/ mom n pops and just hustled. Woke up daily, handled customers, got shit done.

No daily routine to $1m net worth.
