1. 401k/403B/457B (up to match)
2. Company ESPP (if applicable)
3. Max out Roth/Traditional IRA
4. 401k/403B/457B (remaining to reach 15% of gross income)
5. HSA (can be slotted at #2)
6. Taxable Brokerage (unlimited)
