週2回、認知症のおばあちゃまのお客さんの所に仕事に行くんだけど、いつも横山大輔さんの「主の恵はとこしえまで」等、賛美曲を一緒に歌って、純粋な御言葉の賛美で御言葉の種を植えている。
彼女の認知症の周辺症状(BPSD)はかなり落ち着いて来ています😊

夜勤でした。認知症･統合失調症の方。夕食前より不安、焦燥感、被害妄想続く。以前からだが今回は強い。食事や内服拒否。排便続いておりBPSD発現要因としてそこが大きかった?清拭後複数職員で内服は。0時頃まで便、不穏続きベッドから転落も（ずり落ち）。完全な排泄管理は不可で、こんな時もある⁉︎
