.NET 8 AddRange Perf Improvement 🚀

The performance of AddRange() improved dramatically in .NET 8. In the benchmark below I saw 73% perf boost, wow.

We can see most of the impact comes from Dynamic PGO which is turned on by default in .NET 8.
