Meet U.S. Army Lt. Col Kendra T. Tippett, the African Lion 2024 senior responsible officer, chief of plans and exercises (G6), with U.S. Army Southern European Task Force, Africa. She recently toured the explosive ordnance disposal range in Bizerte, Tunisia, ensuring we are #StrongerTogether .

On Victory in Europe Day, or V-E Day (May 8, 1945), Germany unconditionally surrendered its military forces to the Allies, including the United States.

Today's #FlightFriday post has a different twist to it.

After arriving on the vessel 'Green Ocean,' which carried more than 900 pieces of military equipment in support of #DefenderEurope 24, at the port of Kalundborg, Denmark, U.S. Army aircraft flew to their forward positions.

During #DefenderEurope 24, U.S. Army units, like the 43rd Multi-Role Bridge Company, are able to 'fall in' on equipment that's already pre-positioned in the European Theater, opposed to shipping it from their home station in the 🇺🇸
