But I was more referring to STL flats being sold or being converted to long term lets. I don't see why STLs should take priority over housing for people who work in Edinburgh full year. (Though landlord greed needs to be addressed.)

Almost every one of those I have used could be residential (exceptions being veterinary hospital) and new build health practices (using land though)
