It's hard right now being 'between worlds' and pretending that that it's normal with the normies.

The subtext of every photo is really 'this is a bit of a nightmare we're living through but the world around us is very pretty so let's keep going'.

I don't spend time with people who drain me right now.

I have met some absolutely extraordinary people on this journey, and am surrounded by a totally different crowd to when I was in the tech industry.

I find I need countryside trips to keep me centred.

I would photograph dawn more often just I don't ever stay up that late ;)

Next up is a walk through some 'Scottish rainforest'.

I only got up because I needed a pee... but the exquisite light meant I had to get my camera out!

It’s heartbreaking… the suffering is unimaginable.

Getting outside somewhere nice allows for pleasant sensory experiences without the spiritual cost of hedonism.

Sometimes I wonder if I should change to a format of picking the best dozen and posting those as individual images.
