Very sorry to learn that #SecondWorldWar #Wellington #RearGunner #JanStangryczukBlack has died, aged 101.
In Nov 1942 he suffered appalling burns. A member of the #GuineapigClub , he stayed active in veteran communities.
A great gentleman, I will miss his warmth and conversation
