nobody talks about the angry stage of healing. the rage you feel when you realize how much and how long you were taken advantage of. the absolute disgust you may feel towards those people that harmed, mislead, took advantage of, or abused you.
Unhealed trauma makes you hold onto people, and tolerate so much shit you don't deserve because you don't want to feel alone. Healing makes you realize some people don't deserve access to your life no matter how much you love them.
