You know what I liked about the left is that they worked with the Inuvialuit communities for their work. For example Agnes Firth got to see her work on television. So no the one on the right is cosplay.

This is off Wikipedia. They left out a few details.
They (RCMP) made Inuvialuit and Gwich'in men go to the island to watch the hanging.
After the body stopped moving, they looked at the men and pointed to the dead men and said This is what happens if you break our laws'
