This is affordable housing in Kelowna, BC. The tents now have numbers, a physical address. At the park a few blocks away I saw multiple boxes of naloxone. Naloxone is given to addicts who are prescribed meth, heroin & cocaine by the govt. It is used to reverse opioid overdose.
