Do not trust Onsitego if you are in need of urgent repairs. Requested a service 36hrs ago and still no phone call or coordination from Onsitego. Do not trust them in emergency situation or timely repairs.

Last month I got my AC repaired by Onsitego ppl .. its request was complete on 19 April .now not even a month and it’s gas is leaked . And customer care people are not attending it. They are giving all sort of strange replies.horrible service by Onsitego

Is this a joke? The request keeps getting closed repeatedly without proper servicing. The executives are only interested in money, despite the product being under warranty. I am unsure about the quality of service being provided.
